Let's take a look at three of the most interesting looking Network games Sony presented to us during their conference - echochrome, Pain, and the well-known WarHawk.
First, the rather graphic-less echochrome. On top it looks to be a lazy and quite boring game with a chap walking around some polygons. Then you realise it's likely one of the most mind-bending puzzle games you'll ever face. Black holes send the chap plummeting downwards; white holes send him flying upwards. Camera angle changes are vital to hide any pitfalls in his way and your time limit is the slow tip-tap of his steps against your brain. Woah.
To lighten up, there's Pain - the ultimate ragdoll game. Send a man flying through the air and see what he can crash into, and how many bones in his body you can break. Over and over again.
Finally, there's the fan favourite WarHawk. If you don't know what this is by now - it's a game that utilises the motion-sensing abilities of the PS3's pad and lets you blow crap up via means of air fighter, jeep, or foot.
You can watch the newest trailer for each of these games after the jump.
